A Little Shamrock History

                                    



The Shamrock Rugby Football Club was founded in 1997 by a small group of classy young men from the Will County area. In the 15 years since, the Shamrocks have built a legacy as one of the most fun, social, and competitive clubs in the Midwest. We have been fortunate to establish a few partnerships along the way including the Irish American Society of County Will (IASCW) and Morrigan Women's RFC. We have also taken the mantle as ambassadors for the sport we love by helping to foster the growth of rugby in a number of high school, youth, and college programs throughout the Midwest.

Our story continues with our newest crop of young and talented ruggers continuing to spread the Shamrock traditions of fun and competitive rugby throughout the Midwest. The Shamrock family keeps growing and we want you to be a part of the next chapter.
